Needing to seal off sink taps and redirect/simplify washing machine waste water plumbing. We will have removed the sink already.

Fix leaking at base of toilet and leak under sick

Add a pressure regulator to the mains water supply. Clear access to meter and isolator valve.

I have a Bosch instant hot water system GWH 13 but it’s not working. When I turn a hot tap on I can hear the clicks of the ignition but the gas doesn’t light and I get an EA error. I’d like to know whether the unit can be fixed - today hopefully. I’m sorry, I’m just putting this on hold for a little while. My system seems to be working again (it was always an intermittent problem). I wonder if the wind had anything to do with the issue…? Anyway I am considering organising for installation of a new hot water system instead of trying to fix this one.

The 2 pieces of work are as follows: 1. The “loop” pipework for an above bath shower is seeping water ….. the pipe work is presently exposed as the bathroom is being renovated. 2. Reduce the length of a “brass” kitchen waste pipe by approximately 15 cm to enable cabinets to be more easily installed. As the kitchen is being renovated the pipework is exposed.

A loose/wobbly tap mixer (in Fitzroy) needs tightening, seems to need special tools to reach in underneath. Photos attached. Hoping there’s a plumber in the area. If also possible, whilst on location, also squeeze a new line of silicone along the mirror base behind the sink, thanks.

We’re looking for a quote for a small kitchen renovation. The kitchen is dated and needs updating. - remove and replace bench top - remove sink and install new sink - remove current taps and install new ones - remove and replace tiles - remove small drawer dishwasher and replace with new dishwasher The quote is for labour and rubbish removal only. I would supply the benchtop, tiles, dishwasher etc

I need someone to look at my fridge - it has not been working properly, not staying cold, not freezing things, creating excess frost, leaking?? I need to see if it’s something that can be fixed easily or if alternatively it needs to be replaced.

Existing above bath shower has separate hot and cold taps in a “loop” with the bath taps. Need the pipe work changed to enable a standard shower mixer while maintaining bath taps. All mortar / render around the existing pipework has been removed. I will provide the mixer.

Supply and install replacement gal downpipe. Photos attached show previous down pipe and current condition. Downpipe terminates in open drain below. Also need to remove some debris from room.
