We’re opening a new café soon and looking for a plumber to assist with a straightforward fit-out job. Scope of works: • Disconnect existing water supply • Move the current sink position over to the next cabinet door • Install an additional sink (currently 1 sink, we require 2) • Relocate taps and hot water system into a newly built cabinet • Reconnect all plumbing after the new benchtop is installed • Connect coffee machine and jug rinser to water supply • Ensure all work is compliant and certified Overall, it’s a simple disconnect, adjust, and reconnect job as part of our benchtop upgrade. We may also need help cutting the benchtop to fit the sinks and equipment. If you have the right tools and experience, that would be a bonus. Let me know if you have any questions.

Our “Roca” toilet keeps running and randomly flushes itself every 15mins. I think it needs to have the flush valve seal replaced.

My gas storage hot water system (AquaMax 390SS-NG) has stopped producing hot water. The pilot light will not ignite. What’s happening: • The pilot is out and won’t relight • The red igniter button clicks, but there is no visible spark • Not sure if pilot gas is flowing • The big control dial turns, but pilot position isn’t responding normally • No flame appears at all

Change cartridge on Methven Culinary Gooseneck Sink Mixer Pull Out Item Code 01-2329AF. You will need to bring a new replacement cartridge. Apparently, it needs a 40mm cartridge, like a Kerox K 40A HWS Item Code 04-7772 available at Bunnings for $40.

The toilet also makes an intermittent flushing or “refilling” sound every so often, which I understand is likely due to a worn-out seal that needs replacing. I just moved house, and when re-connecting my machine to the taps at the new place, there is a leak at the wall tap. I'm looking for someone to help me install it correctly so the tap doesn't leak. It's a Bosch (photos attached)

Hot water is running to all other taps in the apartment and the dishwasher adjacent to the kitchen sink. There is no hot water coming out of the kitchen sink. When the tap handle turns to hot- no water comes out. The hot water tap sitting in at the back of the cabinet is turned on.

The toilet is blocked and it's been happening for past few weeks. Sometimes it drains very slowly and it gets unblocked. But this time it's not draining at all and has been blocked for few days.
