Find an experienced plumber in Fitzroy North

I'd like to have a bidet installed. I have it already, it's not electric. It's the kind that goes under the seat and I have a toilet where the tap is enclosed.

Bought a new toilet cistern flush valve from Bunnings and I would like to use it to replace the one currently installed in the toilet cistern. The old flush valve was removed and brought to Bunnings as a guide to purchase the correct valve (see inside photo of the cistern). The 2 screws at the bottom of the cistern were loosened with no other changes made to the toilet. Please help install the newly bought cistern flush from Bunnings and ensure the toilet is fully functioning without leak.

Tenant tells me that her toilet is blocked and there is a Small leak from the toilet outlet pipe. No other information. Apartment is on the ground floor with easy access in Fitzroy North. Only available time is Friday January 02 and preferably around 2.00pm.

Toilet is leaking from the base unless water is turned off at the shut off valve.

My kitchen tap leaks very very slowly from the base, onto the bench top. It doesn’t do it constantly - I think maybe it depends on the position of the tap but I’m not sure. Will very gradually create a pool water on the bench. Need it fixed.

I am after a plumber who can give an opinion on tree roots that have infiltrated the sewerage system and is causing significant damage to property and infrastructure. I will need a report / documentation stating that the large pine trees roots have caused such issues and requires removal of the tree in its entirety to rectify the situation. Note this was a previous plumbers opinion a number of years ago however I have lost the email and details of this recommendation.
