Find an experienced plumber in Fitzroy North

We have bought a bidet kit (see photo). We need help installing it. Our toilet has an in-wall cistern, so the toilet water tap isn’t easy to access. Looking for someone who can connect the water supply via the sink, or give us alternatives. Open to quotes and suggestions.

I have a dishwasher, and I would like it to be connected to the water main under the sink. The pipes are all in place, just needs a part and connected up. The grey water also needs connecting to the drainage pipe, but this shpuld be straight forward as there's already a junction there for it.

2 sinks to be taken off wall and the plumbing be capped and gap fill the wall.. 1-2 hour job. Just need someone with professional tools and not overpriced.

Old apartment with hot water system in cupboard. Downstairs neighbour is a chain smoker and terrible smoke smell in my apartment. I think it’s from this cupboard! Must be gaps I can fix?? Have to stop the smell it’s bad😬. Need someone to have a look and see what they can do. I’m not there at the moment so can’t send pics…maybe reline cupboard and seal the crap out of it??

I recently purchased a new house, and there appears to be sewerage plumbing installed by the previous owner to install a toilet. (See photos). However, there is no smell coming from the open pipe, so I need a plumber to inspect the pipe and confirm whether it is connected to the sewerage before i proceed with installing a toilet.
