Old apartment with hot water system in cupboard. Downstairs neighbour is a chain smoker and terrible smoke smell in my apartment. I think it’s from this cupboard! Must be gaps I can fix?? Have to stop the smell it’s bad😬. Need someone to have a look and see what they can do. I’m not there at the moment so can’t send pics…maybe reline cupboard and seal the crap out of it??

Replace kitchen mixer tap, easy access. I have the mixer and it’s going in the same space.

The tap in my kitchen has a small, slow leak that needs fixing. I'm looking for someone who can come and fix it either Monday or Friday this week during the day. You'll need to bring your own materials.

I recently purchased a new house, and there appears to be sewerage plumbing installed by the previous owner to install a toilet. (See photos). However, there is no smell coming from the open pipe, so I need a plumber to inspect the pipe and confirm whether it is connected to the sewerage before i proceed with installing a toilet.

Unblock toilet sink please

I have recently moved into a new house and installed a new fridge with plumbed water connection. However, the tap on the water connected seems to be eroded and I am unable to turn the tap / open the water valve. Need someone with plumbing experience to fix. Please see photos for context. Must supply own tools, and replacement knob if required.

Bathroom sink tap is leaking, I think seal needs to be replaced. Sink pipe is also leaking underneath.

Buy and change tap washers in three different taps

Install GPO in a laundry cupboard where the gas hot water cylinder used to exist. The laundry has other GPOs, but none inside the cupboard.

Bathroom tap has come away from basin. Needs to be fixed back in place to basin. Must supply on tools and silicone.

Toilet has water running, doesn’t stop running unless we turn the knob off. Not sure whats wrong!

Outdoor tap is leaking, likely needs to be replaced I haven’t been able to tighten to stop leak. Also needs to be mounted on a pole.
