Hi, This task is for visit and quote on work to be done. I need plumber to install new sink and tap next to existing one. Pls see attached image, we have an existing sink n Benchtop in working condition. We would like to install one more sink adjustment to existing. We already have cold n hot water supply as existing sink is operational. This task is for someone to visit site, have a look and advise what is best way to take it forward and then compete the job. We can decide final budge upon inspection. However, approx quote in response to this task will be helpful. Sink, taps, plumbing material needs to be arranged separately .

1. Toilet flush is weaker than usual and not flushing smoothly. After flushing, it makes a loud noise for around 5–10 minutes. This never happened before. No visible leaking. 2. Bathroom sink is leaking slowly/dripping continuously. 3. Also, the bathroom door handle has come loose. If it’s a quick fix, please have a look while you’re here.

I need help fixing my kitchen tap leaking from the base of the spout

Previous owner glued the tap to flexible hose to compensate the wrong hose size (the circled tap) now leaking. Need a creative solution / someone with experience to find a workaround. Could possibly need to remove the stone top. Might need a professional to spare at least half a day for this job and help sort out little things in our new apartment. Happy to discuss price

1. A washer-dryer has been moved to an apartment in Docklands. I need this one reconnected to the water outlet socket and the power point. Also, the washer drain pipe is to be appropriately reconnected. The tasker has to make sure there's no leakage from any connection. All connection points are available next to the location of the machine (see attached images). 2. In addition, the wash basin tap handle in the toilet comes off and needs to be fixed (see attached images).

We are selling some hot food items at the front of shop from counter and we would like to install a hygiene food handlers’ sink near the front counter where hot food item is being served. Overall scope of work: - Supply labour, material and equipment required for the installation of a hands-free wash basin and cabinet located near front counter - Connection of a cold & Hot water supply from the existing water line at rear of tenancy - Supply and material for the installation of a new sanitary pump - - System for waste connection and extend pump line to existing waste line at rear of tenancy - Supply and installation of a new basin & cabinet - Supply and material for the installation of a new electric hot water unit - Supply and installation of a hot water tempering valve - Supply and installation of a new hands-free tapware - Access walls to connect waste & water You might need scaffolding to perform works at high level as we would like pipes to come on the wall but above the existing shelves. This task/quote is limited to visit the shop/site, have an inspcetion and provide me estimates and other details if I am missing anyting. If both parties agrees then it needs to be done before 20/Feb. Pls note, work done must be compliant to Melboure Council as certificate needs to be installed. It will be reviwed by Council and if any further changes advised then that also needs to be fixed.

The toilet seat is loose on both the bottom where it attaches onto bowl and the seat cover that attaches to the seat on the right side.
