My bathroom sink is blocked. I tried opening the u pipes but the straight pipe seems to be blocked with dirt so the water can’t drain down. Needs to plunge/suck the dirt out.the u bend is not blocked but the straight pipe in red mark up seems to be blocked.

We took off the toilets and you should only install brand new one we agave already bought it

After using my dishwasher, the water will not drain. I cleaned the filter parts but that does not seem to work.

The toilet seat is loose on both the bottom where it attaches onto bowl and the seat cover that attaches to the seat on the right side.

I need a plumber that can help seal 2 toilets, as the toilets are currently not fully attached to wall and floor. We also have various holes (see photos) that need sealing as well.

Kitchen tap installation

My apartment has 2 toilets with non-urgent issues with their flushing mechanisms. The toilets are 17 years old so perhaps are subject to some wear. One of them occasionally doesn’t seal cleanly and so will trickle slowly from tank to bowl. We fix it by juggling the button or shifting the ceramic lid slightly. Perhaps it has an issue with the seal. The other one is not filling the tank after flush sometimes. Perhaps the float is getting stuck up and not triggering the the fill valve. The toilets are dual flush with a 2-piece circular button on the top of the cistern. I’d like someone to come fix them or perhaps replace the internal flushing mechanisms.
