I’m moving into a new house and I need a plumber to check for any water leakages/damage from the bathroom into adjoining bedroom which has a water damaged floor board and fix if there are any leaks.

We have a black flexible rubber kitchen tap that is very slowly leaking water at the connection point of the rubber to the stainless steel upright. We would like this repaired if possible (We also have a shower head that is doing the same thing) We’d also like to check all the other connection points around the house to make sure they are in good condition (dishwasher, washing machine) just in case.

the downpipe of a gutter is blocked. It's one of those that goes underground and hadn't had the chance to dig round to check the design (see picture for ref). We need to fix that and to add another downpipe somewhere around the house. Also the drain in the carport is blocked and needs unclogging. It would be great if you to drop by to look at it for a quote.

I want to replace the current (original) shower unit with a more modern one that includes a solid shower rose and a flexible attachment. I require a qualified plumber (not negotiable) to do this job. The selected tradesman will also be required to advise on suitable units, obtain the unit (obviously at my expense) and fit the unit. The initial job is for one unit, but if it is completed satisfactorily, we have two more bathrooms/showers that will also need to be done.

Hi, I just need the stop tap turned off to the fridge and the water filter to the fridge changed over (I have a new one ready). See attached photos of both the existing water filter setup and the new replacement filter. Am flexible on day and time however I would like this done this week
