Need a gas hot water unit replaced. I already have the replacement unit ready to go. Almost like for like. Old unit would need to be disconnected. New unit connected. Slight difference in pipe lengths. New unit to be set up in the same physical location. I will dispose of the old unit. See old and new in pics below.

My Zip tap boiling water tap isn't giving any water and the chilled tap is giving room temperature water. I understand you will have to get parts and come back to fix it. This is just to diagnose it. Please only respond if you have confidence with Zip taps.

We need a plumber to check one of our taps in our bathroom for hot water. When moved to position, we seem to not get any hot water. There are two sinks in the bathroom, and the other taps in the bathroom work fine.
