The black rubber ring that connects the outlet pipe of the toilet to the external outlet pipe has perished and is leaking when the toilet flushes. It needs to be replaced

Replace/add to this rain shower head with a combination fixed shower head and hand held washing shower head. I will provide the parts to install, and complete the job. The highest flow of water is required, I take very short showers but I need the shampoo to wash out, but I don’t want a harsh spray.

We have an intermittent strong sewage smell for the last month in our bathroom that seems to come from the vanity sinks. We have checked the P Trap of one of the two sinks. There is also an Air Admittance Vent near where the smell emanates from. Sometimes the shower drains slowly. We use the sinks and shower regularly. The smell occurs at random times throughout the day. We would like the source of the sewage smell identified and fixed. Registered and insured plumbers please. We live in a block of 8 units on the 2nd story. Thank you!

Toilet is functioning fine, but it has a constant dripping noise.

Kitchen & shower taps are both dripping and hard to turn off to stop the drips. Probably need new washers.

We need a short length of guttering installed and a new set of tapware installed for powder room basin.

Dishwasher appears to be leaking water from the bottom. Need an investigation and, if possible, a fix. It appears to continue leaking even when it’s not in use.

Our shower hot water tap is broken and we would like replacement taps to be installed. We have purchased taps from Bunnings that we would like installed (pictured in photos).

I need old shower head and taps removed and new one, that I already have, installed. The taps are difficult to turn on and off and I have a bucket under the shower head as the water is dripping or running, once turned off.

We bought an adjustable shower head to replace a rain shower head in one of our bathrooms- unfortunately we just can’t figure out how to get the old one off and need some help! New one is an easy-retrofit flexispray one from Bunnings. Pic of old shower head attached and new product. I think this will be really easy but if it isn’t happy to negotiate payment to complete the job.
