To outline briefly: 50/20 connection WiFi lights are on DLINK No internet in the office Have a NETGEAR Nighthawk net system This has worked in every other house Here: it’s not working & i have been told by ChatGPT that the Dlink & Netgear are both trying to be the router. The Dlink has to be turned to bridge mode to fix & the netgear nighthawk net will be the modem. Need help asap.

The person who installed our Ubiquiti system last year has moved to Geelong, and therefore now unavailable. Just recently there seems to be a problem with wifi coverage and functionality. We wanted to find a local professional to help fix or improve our network. Need to set up my wifi and extender to my shed

Hi all - Seeking advice, and support to set up in a home environment, the network of devices that my child uses and management of them at the network level. Unfortunately, he recently become fixated on streaming, YouTube / twitch - lead to a v unhealthy life balance. Taking the devices away / turning internet off, is not possible at this stage. Happy to explain why in conversation. I want to encourage constructive gaming using a desktop set up, So, looking for advice on a desktop setup and with the aim of limiting use of iPad and school computer. Currently He has - Iphone (w own data intended only for calls /texts ), iPad (used for gaming via apps- connected to hm internet) school computer ( windows intended only for school but used for streaming, connected to hm internet). Wanting advice and help w network level management of: Time limits / schedules (when device or internet can be used) Content filtering (blocking certain websites or apps) Monitoring / reports of usage Remote control / ability to change settings from parent device Currently using Telstra gateway but not effective. Own a Nighthawk but not being used. Advice on alternative modems routers parenting apps, that will be effective for my need. I need someone to help me setup my own VPN server and configure the home network (including modem and router) and teach me how to connect to my home vpn while I am using an external network. I have a Synology 218+ NAS, which has OpenVPN. I also have computers that can be used as a server. I managed to set up the OpenVPN server and was able to connect to the server from the client, but I have not been able to use the internet once connected to the VPN. I suspect there is a DNS issue and a port forwarding issue. Not sure.

Switched to starlink and having network issues

Need someone to fine tune internet network. Currently running 2 BE9300 Routers. I have FTTP with a 1GB connection but somehow my network drops to 100MB and after internal routers and network switch comes back at 1GB

I’m looking for an experienced technician to install a new computer network cable to reposition my NBN router to a different location within my garage (see attached image for reference). The task involves running the cable neatly within the walls of my home/garage. I’d prefer someone with experience in this type of work who can supply all necessary materials and equipment, such as Cat6A or Cat8 cable and face plates. Hi there, We have a simple Ubiquiti Mesh Network with a few WAP/Mesh points, i am away overseas and would normally do myself. TASK: Simply need to add: - x1 new Ubiquiti outdoor WAP to our mesh network (we will supply part/unit attached on sit) -then just need to check: existing 2 or 3 other access points are connected and positioned correctly for opitmal performance and aare all working together as a "mesh" Visit: - Sometime between 10am and 3pm to start on Monday 7th July - duration of visit , i would like to book 2 hours of your time.
