We have an existing 5G Wifi Network set up at home via TPG/NBN. No issues with the service itself. Undertaking a speed test next to the modem, the 466mbps is being achieved however my office is located at the front of the house and the modem is near the back of the house. I have a 5G extender and 3 x TP-Link Deco Mesh Wifi system units set up to try and replicate that coverage in my office but as you can see from the photo attached, I am only achieving 100mbps, even with the help of the mesh system. It would be great to have someone familiar with setting up Mesh Wifi systems to come to our home and help set the system up the best way possible, to maximise download speeds in my home office. I have an ethernet home network. My new computer is HP OmniDesk Slim S030008a. My home cloud is Western Digital WDBCTL0020HWT- The computer has connected to the cloud and shows folders for music, photos and videos. When I open video folder it shows the usual choice of folders but when I open one of those folders it only shows videos not the folders they are contained in. I cannot move, edit or copy these files. I can only watch them. My old computer allowed me to view all folders on the cloud and edit or move them however I wanted. I can still do this if I connect the old computer to the home network. I am looking for someone who knows how to fix this problem so I can edit files in the cloud from the new computer. I also have a new Dell monitor that randomly says there is no hdmi signal even though it usually works. It usually occurs after computer has been asleep overnight but does occur at other times. Please do not contact me unless you know what these problems are and how to fix them. I am looking for someone to come to my house to fix this problem. I do not want to do it remotely as the last person who tried to fix something remotely did things on my computer he did not have permission to do.

Hi, I need help with fixing my nbn dramas. To outline briefly: 50/20 connection WiFi lights are on DLINK No internet in the office Have a NETGEAR Nighthawk net system This has worked in every other house Here: it’s not working & i have been told by ChatGPT that the Dlink & Netgear are both trying to be the router. The Dlink has to be turned to bridge mode to fix & the netgear nighthawk net will be the modem. Need help asap.

I need someone to help me setup my own VPN server and configure the home network (including modem and router) and teach me how to connect to my home vpn while I am using an external network. I have a Synology 218+ NAS, which has OpenVPN. I also have computers that can be used as a server. I managed to set up the OpenVPN server and was able to connect to the server from the client, but I have not been able to use the internet once connected to the VPN. I suspect there is a DNS issue and a port forwarding issue. Not sure.

I’m looking for an experienced technician to install a new computer network cable to reposition my NBN router to a different location within my garage (see attached image for reference). The task involves running the cable neatly within the walls of my home/garage. I’d prefer someone with experience in this type of work who can supply all necessary materials and equipment, such as Cat6A or Cat8 cable and face plates.
