We live in a two story house and despite paying for high speed internet, we don’t get ideal speeds across our house - in fact, it drops out upstairs frequently and we are looking to resolve that. It’s a 1930s property so we seem to have lots of dead zones. We’re looking for someone to come and help us improve our set-up as much as possible to improve speeds across our house.

So my brother has stuffed up his PlayStation account we have tried pretty much everything it all goes back to this varification email by our mothers email but she is not getting the email to reset the password the account will only associate with that E mail but no matter how we try spam inbox and everything the reset e mail password does not get forwarded to her email any information on this or I would rather someone come to location to fix this I will be much appreciated

My wifi signal keeps dropping out. We are in two storey house, with two ubiquite wifi devices. When I scan it keeps dropping out.

Please note I live at a place called Biddaddaba. I am about 10 min drive from Canungra and 30min from Beenleigh to give an idea. I have a NAS and need an experienced person to finish the install as its a tiny bit past my pay grade. Have installed SDD and extra RAM, and its on network...but having issues with 2 PCs seeing it. This is a simple home work network with only 3 PCs....all run Windows 10. Need you to setup backups and a few other things that are network orientated. It was good for me to do what I have done, as its given me some knoweldge :) I doubt you would be here longer than 2 hours. Kindly let me know. Tnx Paul

I have NBN and a home data network plus wifi - I need a person to come in and make sure all of the connections work. everything is there but i am not sure what connects to what.... WiFi is weak and inconsistent but i have fibre to the house - i need to make better use of the Cat6 data cables throughout the house. see images

Need someone to fine tune internet network. Currently running 2 BE9300 Routers. I have FTTP with a 1GB connection but somehow my network drops to 100MB and after internal routers and network switch comes back at 1GB

I’m looking for an experienced technician to install a new computer network cable to reposition my NBN router to a different location within my garage (see attached image for reference). The task involves running the cable neatly within the walls of my home/garage. I’d prefer someone with experience in this type of work who can supply all necessary materials and equipment, such as Cat6A or Cat8 cable and face plates. Hi there, We have a simple Ubiquiti Mesh Network with a few WAP/Mesh points, i am away overseas and would normally do myself. TASK: Simply need to add: - x1 new Ubiquiti outdoor WAP to our mesh network (we will supply part/unit attached on sit) -then just need to check: existing 2 or 3 other access points are connected and positioned correctly for opitmal performance and aare all working together as a "mesh" Visit: - Sometime between 10am and 3pm to start on Monday 7th July - duration of visit , i would like to book 2 hours of your time. We are unable to connect our home network to the internet. We recently changed to FTTP, and switched from Telstra to Spintel, then to Tangerine and now cannot get our TP Link wireless mesh network system to connect to the internet. We have tried creating a new network, but still cannot get it to find the internet. Tangering customer service is frustrating. We need an expert to come in, set it all up and provide us some recommendations on how to optimise for speed and consistency going forward, please.
