Description: I have set up four Ethernet cables from my modem to a central distribution box to provide internet to different rooms. However, the LAN ports are not working, and the corresponding lights on the modem do not illuminate when connections are made. ​I need an experienced network technician or troubleshooter to come over, inspect the central patch panel/wiring, test the connections, and resolve the issue so all the LAN ports in the house become fully functional.

Technician required onsite to connect a laptop to a Juniper router console port and provide remote access to our engineering team. Our engineer will guide you through the process and perform the configuration remotely. You will only be required to connect equipment and move a network cable when instructed. I have a netgear xr1000 router which has 2 unifi wireless access points attached. I need to create a seperate 2.4ghz network for certain devices but I don't know how to do that with the unifi access points

We have a large brick and concrete home. Garage, then 2 floors. Everything was fine on a High Speed 100mbps set up and using Eero Mesh. Then I upgraded to 1000Mbps and it meant changes to hardware were needed. Have made those changes and paid someone to set it up, but it's just not right. Coverage of the house is less. I need a complete do-over. Assess the issue and configure the entire system a fresh from the ground up. Tidy up the server/route cabinet and set the house up so everything just works. Offer excludes materials, just labour. If cabling is required, let's do it. Happy to negotiate once job is scoped out more thoroughly

I have a number of devices for my newborn which require certain network settings to operate. I’ve gotten some working (ie I’ve turned off band steering, moved to 2.4Ghz, amended SSID) - but it seems to have now caused issues with my printer and home (smart) doorbell. My Owlet sock (oxygen sock for baby) isn’t able to connect at all. Need someone to come and troubleshoot/configure my network settings and ensure everything is working.

Attend site to switch over existing networking gear (new Meraki security device and access points). Switch over internet connection at NTD. Ensure staff are connected to new network connection correctly. Update HP printers to new IP address (supplied). Merakis are setup by our IT team in the UK. You will need to also load Subnet Mast, Gateway and DNS1/2 when on site. Property has two separate internet connections. If for some reason, connection does not work, will refer to UK team and request follow up support to be negotiated with person assisting with this job. The internet company is Superloop. NBN has already sent someone to install the network box, but it's still not working. I've tried calling Superloop but no one answers. I'd like to find someone to help me fix this.

Ethernet cable repair It looks like when we first moved into this house the Telstra technician made changes to the wiring to make adsl connection work. However I no longer have adsl and I want my Ethernet connection again. Can this be patched up so that the Ethernet connection works again

I have Ethernet wall plates connecting different rooms in my house. One or more runs are not passing network connectivity (no DHCP / no link), while others work correctly. I need some who understands data network cabling to: Test existing Ethernet runs Identify faulty or incorrectly terminated cables Re-terminate wall plates and/or central termination as required Verify 1 Gbps connectivity with a proper cable tester This is fault finding and re-termination only, i do not think it will require recablling.
