Will need to do the following. • Setup unifi gateway with 4g router on the Clients unifi account • Enable port 4 as a WAN port(dhcp) • Move 4G router to port 4 • Setup draytek router(should already be in bridge mode) on port 5 of the unifi gateway on DHCP • Replace the existing switch with a UniFi Poe switch. • Plug 2 access points into the UniFi switch. • Provide remote access to allow for the adoption of the hardware. • Once the hardware is adopted and configured, move 1 access point to a central location in the spa. • Power the access point that has been moved with a Poe injector and mesh it with the UniFi access point that is still under the counter. • Confirm the entire spa has suitable Wi-Fi coverage to support their functions. Log and report speeds in key areas at the site. • Ensure this is done with as little down time as possible (connect at least 1 computer and eft machine to site mobile hotspot so they can continue to transact

NBN have recently installed a new modem unfortunately the wireless reception is poor. The Internet provider (iinet) suggested a mesh router to boost reception. We need advice on the right one and then have it installed.

Main computer has not internet and is not getting an IP address, fault seems to be at the router, the staff on-site are not tech savoy and need assistance.

I am staying at a friends house and I could see his wi fi network on my iPhone and computer. But when I went to get the password from the back of the Telstra modem I accidentally clicked on the on/off reset button at the back, or maybe disconnected a cord, and now it appears to me to all look ok and fine but I can no longer see the network on my iPhone or computer. I have turned modem off and on at modem and power point and still cannot see it even though all lights look on. I’m sure anyone with basic IT skills can pop over to my house and fix it in 2 minutes and I’m happy to pay $100 for you to do that, but it must be today, and preferably this morning as I urgently need internet to get work done, and to keep my kids busy while work. I have Google Nest mesh, NBN FTTP with the NBN box in the garage, and poor mobile reception. I need Ethernet backhaul where possible and full Nest optimisation. I want this fixed properly, not a temporary workaround.

Our home internet keeps dropping out intermittently across the whole house. NBN (iiNet) to the modem is working fine, but our Google WiFi mesh system (shown in the photo) seems to be the issue. We have an existing 5G Wifi Network set up at home via TPG/NBN. No issues with the service itself. Undertaking a speed test next to the modem, the 466mbps is being achieved however my office is located at the front of the house and the modem is near the back of the house. I have a 5G extender and 3 x TP-Link Deco Mesh Wifi system units set up to try and replicate that coverage in my office but as you can see from the photo attached, I am only achieving 100mbps, even with the help of the mesh system. It would be great to have someone familiar with setting up Mesh Wifi systems to come to our home and help set the system up the best way possible, to maximise download speeds in my home office. Hi, I need help with fixing my nbn dramas. To outline briefly: 50/20 connection WiFi lights are on DLINK No internet in the office Have a NETGEAR Nighthawk net system This has worked in every other house Here: it’s not working & i have been told by ChatGPT that the Dlink & Netgear are both trying to be the router. The Dlink has to be turned to bridge mode to fix & the netgear nighthawk net will be the modem. Need help asap.

I need someone to help me setup my own VPN server and configure the home network (including modem and router) and teach me how to connect to my home vpn while I am using an external network. I have a Synology 218+ NAS, which has OpenVPN. I also have computers that can be used as a server. I managed to set up the OpenVPN server and was able to connect to the server from the client, but I have not been able to use the internet once connected to the VPN. I suspect there is a DNS issue and a port forwarding issue. Not sure.

Switched to starlink and having network issues
