I need to complete a windows laptop factory reset. I received this laptop from work, for personal use, but it still has limited functionality due to blocked admin rights. I can log in but the admin rights are fully blocked with the bitlocker. Laptop model: windows surface pro, 2019

Recently updated windows 20q2 r2 to windows server 2015 but having some difficultly migrating the data. All data from previous server backed up. And back up HHD of previous version available. Aim: Ensure that BP premier is migrated without any problem .

Hi all, I need some in person assistance on my brand new Surface Laptop 7. It came installed with Windows 11, however once I booted it, I decided I would try and install Windows 11 Pro as it will be my business laptop. I purchased Windows 11 Pro on my personal Microsoft account, installed it, reset the laptop, and logged in via my work Microsoft account. Once I was in, I cannot do anything as it is not letting me log in as the administrator of the account. It is also asking me to activate my Windows. Some in person help in Cremorne would be appreciated so I can fix these problems as soon as possible.

My desktop computer automatically update windows after few weeks. When it happens, windows delete everything from my computer and then back up from onedrive. Problem is one drive back up gets paused every minutes for some reason. I lost some files from my computer because of this problem. Computer works very slow. You need to find out why it works slow and solve the problem. You need to confirm that windows security is working properly in my computer. If there is any security issue, please identify and solve it. Please also do an overall check up and make sure that the computer is working properly.

The latest windows update (beta) did something and Windows 11 is flashing on startup. I think user profile login issue. Wong take long as you’ll probably know a way around this, but might need a Windows 11 USB to reinstall if you have one. Andy

My workstation crashed. I'm looking for help to fix it. I've created a boot disk and tried to just reinstall windows fresh and delete some disks. The windows install is saying that I don't suitable hardware to load windows. I know I do, as I was running it on this PC previously.
