Onsite Tech support - Help with downloading a digital TV stream app on Galaxy Pixel phone

My printer was in the process of a firmware update. When I lost Internet connection and the firmware update was incomplete which has caused the printer to not start up. It has a blank screen and I have tried all possible troubleshooting that is available to me, I believe That a technician would be required. I am happy to pay cash on site however will not be paying for a repair that will cost as much as a replacement printer.

I run 3 monitors and im having issues with my monitors randomly going black. alot of the times within 5-10 minutes of starting up before i start playing a game. I need to reset the computer and it happens multiple times. I have been told its a display port issue. I have replaced all display ports and I still have this issue.
