Provider has supplied us with new programmed modem TP link modem router AX54000( phone socket ) which needs to work with a faster wifi router ( Netgear Nighthawk AX5) and set box . I want to replace my old router with a new one. The new one is a D Link. I’ve been on the phone with my provider for 1 1/2 hours, but still no success in the end, although it did seem as though it was going to connect. I know that this is just a very simple fix, but I am just not tech savvy enough to do it myself
