Help connect Aussie Broadband modem to office comms rack

Moved into a small office in Cronulla. Previous tenant left a decommissioned comms rack with existing wall ports/cabling. I bought an Aussie Broadband NetComm modem/router with FTTN internet + 4G backup. The 4G backup works, but I can’t work out how the fixed internet line connects into the rack. Need someone to come inspect the rack and work out: * where the incoming phone/DSL/internet line is * whether it is already terminated in the rack * how to connect it to the Aussie modem * whether the office wall ports can be made live from the modem * what, if anything, is missing - switch, patch lead, socket, termination, etc. Not looking for a full network install. Just need someone who understands office comms racks to diagnose and get the modem connected properly. Photos attached. Location: Suite 308, Cronulla NSW Timing: ASAP today/tomorrow if possible.
