Find a local Tasker to set up your router modem in Newcastle

NBN has been installed, modem is connected. NBN say it is working on their end, but we can't connect phones or modems to the wifi.

Looking for someone to set up a Home network We have recently had FTP NBN installed by Telstra and the connection is downstairs in our house. I need someone who is familiar with setting up Home networks to use an extra extender and an old router that we have to extend the Internet to upstairs as well. Someone versed in mesh networks and reusing old routers would be perfect and if you know what you’re doing, it is a short job.

We currently have a tp-link modem but wish to replace it with a ASUS ax5700 modem. We are having difficulties connecting the modem as it says it is powered and connected but it cannot find the internet.

Description: I need help setting up my HP Smart Tank 210–220 series printer to connect properly to my 5G Wi-Fi network. We recently added NBN fibre to the node and we need to reconnect the modem

Set up home wifi system with TP Link Modem to Unifi/Ubiquity Access point. Ubiquity access point is already installed and is connected via PoE

Updated to iq4 and had nbn installed. 1 iq4 box working but the other isn’t. Telstra not helpful at all.

I’m not sure if I need an nbn box, if my phone line works or what’s going on. Every person I talk to from the internet company says something different

Ive had the internet connected by provided. Ive had the modem sent out to me, turned on but cannot connect. Need help connecting - i'm sure a very quick and easy job - i'm missing a step or two.

Old modem failed a week ago. New modem obtained from Optus mid week. Can't get the wifi working correctly. Have been dealing with Optus all week without any result. Totally frustrated !!
