I have ordered the Mobile Broadband online from "Tangerine" and will provide you all the details, passcode etc. There are Airbnb guests staying in the apartment. Keys are available to pick up from the letterbox at the apartment. Need to be done during the day, tomorrow. Wed 13th March.

My internet keeps dropping out or failing to connect. My netgear router is in the loungeroom of a small 2 bedroom apartment, connected to Apple aiport extreme. My computers (mac studio and imac) are close by, in the office, with another airport extreme. I am currently hotspotting from my phone. I have constant issues with NBN speed and drop outs and as I have the primo service I'd like it fixed so it actually works.
Jesse did a wonderful job. Super helpful and knowledgeable and went out of his way on a Saturday to get my NBN sorted. Thanks so much. Highly recommend!
