I have an old Surface Pro 4 that needs its battery replaced. My current website and email is hosted by gmail and I want to convert it to microsoft. Gmail is costing me $60 a month for two email accounts! I can't save my emails in outlook between my microsoft email accounts and gmail so I need to change my gmail to mircosoft. I'd like to do this in person as there are other tech related issues I need assistance with and I'd much prefer to have someone who can fix these in person at my bondi junction office.

I was trying to free up memory and clicked Free Up Space without much thought. Somehow it deleted my whole Documents folder. I have tried to recover it in OneDrive but there are hundreds of files still missing - almost all of the recent ones.
