I own a Microsoft Laptop 2. It was used as our personal home device. Nothing of importance is installed. After upgrading the software the laptop is now asking for a bollocked passcode which I don’t have. I am happy to have the device wiped and given back to me factory reset with genuine windows 11 installed.

Hi guys, A couple of weeks ago I bought a laptop off a girl (was a friend) and took her word on the laptop being fine to use as it is basically brand new but was dead at the time and didn't come with a charger, Laptop is now locked via recovery key and I need to factory reset the laptop to be able to use it. I understand that Microsoft Surface Pros do not permit the replacement of RAM easily as the RAM is soldered onto the motherboard. However, online videos indicate that it can be removed by breaking the solder and resoldering the replacement RAM in place. I want to increase from the current 8MB of RAM to as much as I can get. I also have an issue with an inability to connect to the internet, as WI FI networks are not detected when I click the internet icon in the tray. Need an IT expert. Have tried everything, redownloading and deleting, off and on etc. Have tried googling solutions too. Apple won’t help me either because my computer is out of warranty to qualify for tech support. All my other Microsoft applications work and Have it through a subscription through my uni. Please help I have assignments due and need to submit them via word. All my notes are also in word and cannot access them. Displays an error message. And simply won’t open.

Outlook won't remember passwords (8 email addresses), and does not regularly check for new messages. Account repair fixes it for the day, but it has to be re-done after each re-boot.

I have been able to add this new email account to my iPhone and iPad, but not my laptop. I have spent hours on Google but am getting error messages. Please help!
