Internet is down. Either faulty NBN device. Or Router has died. Or possible (but unlikely) cable issue. Step 1: Plug in a laptop directly into NBN device to make sure internet working. Possibly NBN device needs to be reset. Step 2: Check and see if router (TP-Link) is working okay. There is a slight chance it needs to be replaced. There should be a replacement router at location, but if you have a spare one in case, that would be helpful.
Justin went above and beyond in helping fix my internet. He did all this while I was overseas. He understood exactly how to fix it in a speedy way.

Hello! I had a PC built in 2015 to run Architecture programs. I’ve had no issues and it generally still runs really well. I’m no longer using it as my main computer, but am trying to set my husband up to use it for work (emails, PDF etc). However, it only starts up in BIOS mode and I cannot seem to fix it. I am the “tech-savvy” person in the family so have read articles, reddit posts etc but can’t seem to fix it. I was going to take it to a computer place but would like to avoid karting it back and forth if possible. If there are any Windows 7 IT geniuses out there - this one’s for you! I have a black screen after updating BIOS on my x670e Taichi carrara motherboard. which i have claimed under warranty. however it needs to be disassemble and send back to them. 1. uninstall motherboard completely and put in package (to send for warranty claim) 2. Install new motherboard Gigabyte x670E aorus Pro-x 3.install new 360mm AIO with liquid metal thermal paste. 4.install new RGB controller from phanteks in NV7 case, old one was damaged and phanteks sent new one. 5.Move RGB control to Motherboard to manage via Software instead of Case buttons (software already installed "RGBsignal" 6. install new Phanteks LCD screen inside case 7. fix case cable panel front side in NV7 after installing board and AIO.
