Service provider has said: Automation has detected an Open Circuit on the line beyond the MDF and outside of the nbn network. Please note that to restore your service, you may need to contact r a private technician to restore the connection between the MDF and their premises.

The MDF needs to utilise the telephone cable as an Ethernet cable which needs to be patched so I can connect to the NBN modem inside the apartment
