Description: Small office in Tweed Heads requiring an experienced IT/telecommunications technician to complete the following: Scope of Work: • Install and configure 4 x VoIP desk phones (phones already onsite) • Supply a suitable NBN-compatible router (router cost will be reimbursed – receipt required) • Configure router for NBN connection • Ensure phones register correctly and are fully operational • Test inbound and outbound calls Important: An Open Cabling Licence is strongly preferred, in case patching is required from the MDF to the NBN wall socket. Requirements: • Experience with VoIP phone installations • Experience configuring NBN routers • Open Cabling Licence (preferred) • Must supply own tools • Provide tax invoice/receipt for router reimbursement Please Confirm: • Your experience with similar jobs • Whether you hold an Open Cabling Licence • Your availability Small office environment. NBN service will be active onsite.

Installed fibre optic about 2-3 months ago, but modem is limited to downstairs because of length of wires. Connection to upstairs is poor, even with wireless extender. Have router but is required to be wired to the modem and would like to not spend more on routers/ extenders.

Sorting minor IT router issues in house

Hi, We have a wifi modem in the Kitchen (As that is where the port is) however we want to: A) move the modem further from the kitchen (so it's not so close to where we spend lots of time) B) successfully set up 'ethernet' cables to run from the modem to our devises, so we can minimise and reduce wifi in our home. This is a simple task, yet would be great to get someone who has the right cables and ability to help make this seamless and neat and easy for us. :)

Old DODO router doesn't haven't capacity for the number of wifi devices we need. We have bought a Nighthawk AX2400 router but struggling to get it to work. Help needed! Hopefully something very simple but we are not very technically minded. - Due date: Flexible
