**Title: Replace NBN FTTN Router and Reconnect Yealink Phone** We need an experienced network/IT technician to replace the existing Wi-Fi modem/router at a small office and reconnect a Yealink T54W desktop phone. The internet service is Dodo NBN FTTN, so the replacement must be a good-quality Wi-Fi modem/router with built-in VDSL2 support. A NetComm NF20MESH is commonly used, but a comparable model from a reputable brand is fine. The technician will need to: * Purchase the replacement modem/router and keep the receipt—the hardware cost will be reimbursed separately. * Replace and configure the existing router using the Dodo connection details provided. * Confirm the internet and Wi-Fi are working correctly. * Reconnect the Yealink T54W desktop phone to Wi-Fi. * Confirm the phone automatically registers and test incoming and outgoing calls. * Confirm the existing Yealink DECT handsets remain operational. The T54W is already auto-provisioned, so no Yealink configuration is required. Please do not factory-reset or manually reconfigure the phone—it should automatically register once it has a working internet connection. Remote assistance will be available if any phone-system troubleshooting is required. The $250 task budget covers labour, travel, purchasing/collecting the router, installation and testing. The cost of the replacement modem/router is not included and will be reimbursed separately at the actual purchase price once a receipt is provided.
