We currently have a wifi setup which provides unacceptably low speeds in the first floor location. The house has a previously installed wired connection. Ultimately, we would like to have installed a mixed network, catering for ethernet-connected devices as well as mobile devices.

Happy to walk you through the requirements over the phone prior to arrival so you can be prepared ahead of time There is also old telephone ports throughout the home, is it possible to use this instead of MoCA if not wired appropriately?

I have Google Nest mesh, NBN FTTP with the NBN box in the garage, and poor mobile reception. I need Ethernet backhaul where possible and full Nest optimisation. I want this fixed properly, not a temporary workaround.

We live in a decent sized townhouse with concrete/masonry floors that make it very hard for WiFi to penetrate, so there are several very weak WiFi zones. Attached is a floor plan with the location of the modem/router marked. The modem/router is a TP-LINK archer AX73. I would like to expand the WiFi network by hooking up an extension device on the top and bottom floors, and if possible also run an ethernet cable to the pc in the study (which is far from the router/modem). I have one TP-LINK wireless extender but that is not much use because there is no way to power it in the stairwell (where it can receive a decent signal). I feel like cables may need to run to extenders. Will need to budget for other extenders.
