Find a professional wifi technician in Inner West Sydney

I need help improving my internet speeds and WiFi, I have fibre to the house, with speeds at the Telstra Modem of 500Mbps .. however the Google next I have set up (3 units ) scattered across two floors, only records 40MBps (at best). I have recently also installed 2 x Ubiquiti UniFi in ceiling which are directly connected by Cat 6 cable to the Modem. However when both running get very slow speeds. Need help to set up an internet and wifi environment that works.

I have a modem (not turning on) & possibly NBN but can’t find box for it. It is a brand new building. Been getting iiNet help online but I need a real person to assist. I am not tech savvy.

We use a nord VPN to access our USA accounts with a separate ASUS router. Working perfectly until a week ago but no wifi now. Also our Telstra modem which is a year old is blocking our emphases app and we therefore get no solar readings. The emphases company came and said it was the modem.

We recently had a new router (Telstra) installed. I forgot to ask the person who installed it to set up our wifi extended for the front half of the house. We used to have it so the back of the house we were on one wifi name and the front of the house on another - it all came from the one router - I don't understand how these things are done. So now we don't get any wifi in the front part of the house. We have also been unable to connect the Neff ovens to our wifi since - these are in the same open plan living as the main router. I just need someone who can come and complete the set up. The main reason for the change in modem was to improve speed. The original job was to set up the Nord VPN on the TV, This was done and is working perfectly.

I have a 600mB wifi plan which delivers great connectivity near modem. I have an extender set up in the hallway of my timber home but we don’t get even 50MB in my kids rooms. I need help to resolve this.

Received modem router wifi 7 from TPG. However, it doesn't allow me to add mesh wifi to expand the network coverage

I’ve had to relocate my NBN router and D-link WiFi to another room in the house. Since relocation, WiFi has dropped out and I am unable to figure out how to fix it

After changing to a new modem and Wifi router, my sound system no longer connects to devices on the Wifi network as it used to. We have tried to set it up again from the start but have lost patience with this. Similarly the solar panel data logger will not connect to the app any more. I need to get both fixed so that I can use as I did previously. Sounds System amp is Denon brand and also Heeos, and the solar app is called Solarmansmart.

Have a working nbn wifi at home. Have a seperate home security modem. Need someone to connect both of them (? Online). The Ethernet cable system in the house is connected to the home security so although the wifi is working, Ethernet outlets are not

We live in Inner West Sydney at Rodd Point which is between Five Dock and Drummoyne. I recently replaced my home router and I need someone to reconnect it to my NVR (network video recorder i.e. home security cameras) so that I can view the camera footage through an app on my phone. I’m told that I need to change the IP address on the NVR to be within the range of my new modem. I looked up the NVR instruction manual and did what it said, but couldn’t get it to work The router is a TP link deco BE 65 pro wifi 7. The recorder is a VIP vision Watchguard AI NVR. I have a 10 metre cat6 cable that is long enough to go from the router to the NVR if that’s needed?? I’m low-tech and don’t know. Thanks!

Have a new faster nbn provider. Eero 6 router supplied but wants to talk on different IP address range to existing devices.

Have an existing ethernet wired system with several routers configured as WiFi repeaters. Have a new provider and eero +6 router connected to existing network switch feeding test of system. Some units on the network nolonger work properly and repeaters give slow wifi compared to the eero.

Need an offline job asap :)
