Find a local network troubleshooter in North West Melbourne

Hi there, we are needing someone to help us add a third security camera onto our network. We have an extender but so far cannot seem to extend the wifi to the spot that we require on the property - have exhausted all online advice and our own expertise at this point. A wireless home security expert needed!

Need a IT guy who knows about network and hacking. i paid a guy to come over to check my devices were ok and secure everything. instead he didnt check but straight away downloaded a dodgy antivirus with no version number and cc cleaner probably to remove the driver and normal files i needed. he got my modem details and wrote on a notepad and saved to the desktop (so he could access later, as i wrote them down with pen paper) he didnt give me any privacy so i could do it myself without him seeing. he made a guest network which was then connected next day. redirected me to a bad vpn page allowing it to read all my website data, reduce privacy settings etc, my processor was updated,drivers,usbs. files modified. bat self destruct icon on desktop and desktop changed. made me get a bitlockey key which he also put in notepad for him to access to change hardware etc. now my phone is hacked too. getting assigned dodgy ips/url header says im a 'client', mobile data says im not using any data when i am. call forwarding on. he deleted my ring door bell footage of him. websites redirected. im so upset he did this to a single mum and met my children it was my sons brand new computer i saved up for christmas. i need someone to monitor network, get evidence, secure everything because i seriously cant cope with much more of this technology hacking shit and all these evil humans who do this. i will require ID on arrival matching medicare card and someone who has a legit buisness registered with asic and pref a shop front. there has to be some good people out there.

I was recently was hacked last year and 100k was stolen between my bank and loan. for peace of mind i need someone experienced pretty much hacker type experience to check my isp/network etc. i found some active established connections on my computer which dont add up one name coming up is the same name that come up on my bank statement when the money was stolen. i tried to change password of my modem but i get logged out everytime i do. also found a windows note file recently downloaded with a heap of things in it. so need everything checked and secured. i dont need someone telling me i need to change icloud and make everything new because i did that and it still happened. it def is something to do with the network. i even possibly think they cloned the network so all my data goes to them.

Will be getting FTTP installed in the next month or so as we are now able to & as a large family with many devices running I want to take full advantage of this by setting up a wired home network... I have a basic idea on how to do this but would prefer some help by someone with experience in this field. I already run a mesh system on FTTN - Due date: Flexible

I have a home office with four people working in the space. We have NBN but the internet connection and connectivity is so poor and drops in and out. We are also having problems sending info to the printer and having it quickly print we often have to wait up to 20 minutes! Hello, Our home wifi is slow many times throughout the day. Speed ranges from 20gb to 40gb even when the device is on the 5Gz channel. Different device also give different speeds. When I connect directly to the NBN box I get the expected speed (100Gb). The Mesh Wifi logs are constantly added and switching modes, which makes me think there is an issues with m internal network. Log - "Switching to Tx Mode-1" Also we have a old TPG modem but recently moved to MyRepublic (dynamic IP) so if the TPG box is not required I would like it removed from the setup. I will be overseas for 6 weeks and i need you to help me, if my customers has problems. (Networking, programs installations, repairs, data sharing, email setups, new Computer setups for existing Network and etc.) and i also planning to keep working after i am back from overseas.

We’re looking for an IT professional to help fix the setup for our home wifi. We’ve recently purchased a $400 modem (D-Link Viper AC2600) from JBhi-fi and are on a 100mbps internet plan with TPG. Since installing the new modem, the wifi has been dropping out and very unreliable. We’ve spoken with TPG tech support but no luck. We need the internet to be reliable and stop dropping out. The last modem we had was reliable but old, so we know it’s possible.
