Hello, looking to convert my phone socket in the office into an Internet port for faster internet. I believe the right cables are already in place and it just needs to be wired differently at the port and at my Network hub in the garage. I have included photos. Thanks. Already have my main router for the house. This port will be used for an access point. Happy to provide more info and images if needed.

I have a very long house and where the internet NBN point and internet router is positioned at the moment it's always stopping and the booster at the back of the house is always dropping out.

Need to get our internet WiFi speed boosted.

Looking for an experienced NBN/network technician to diagnose and fix ongoing internet issues. The internet works when the modem/wiring is connected correctly, but it frequently drops out and is very slow. I believe it may be a modem, internal wiring, or network setup issue. My home is quite large, so I’d also like advice on whether I need a Wi-Fi mesh system or another device to improve coverage and keep the connection stable throughout the house. Looking for someone experienced with NBN, modems, routers, and home networking. No time wasters and no ripping off.

Internet has stopped working.

My Internet box stopped working. I troubleshoot it with Optus. They have sent me a new box and I’m still having issues. The NBN is online with no issues

I received my new box of home internet from Optus. I have a different modem attached currently with another provider so I need someone experienced enough to disconnect that and then connect my new one please. I can’t be bothered reading through the manual 😢

2 weeks ago I lost internet in 2 Ethernet ports upstairs… other ports in the house work…I have checked the ports & it does not seem to be a an issue with the port but the maybe the box as the set up is fibre to the home

I have a business with a lot of rooms and Coolroom panels, commercial kitchen ect. We need the internet to reach through out the premises, and mobile reception. It only reaches the office area. The modern is setup in the office up stairs in a black data cabinet. I need someone who specialises in this to come out fix the issue. the air taker amount is to come and have a look and let me know if any hardware will need to be purchased, if so we will purchase it and add another fee for installation.

I am having trouble connecting my internet booster connected to the internet. I am also having issues connecting my printer to the internet. We recently updated to NBN and since then we are experiencing issues.

Set up internet on 2 computers and a laptop and printers. Also set up basic misc tasks as requested at the time . Dont see anymore than 2 hours required .

Ok... Running FTTP through an Orbi Router with a few Satellites RBK353... Just recently had a few Ethernet Ports put into a few rooms... Internet is running perfectly through the Ethernet Ports but iPads, phones, etc will not connect through WiFi or connect but then drop out very quickly... I'm sure this is a quick fix for someone who knows there IT as it has been running fine for the past 2 years...
