The modem connects successfully when the cable is positioned correctly, but any slight movement of the cable or socket causes the connection to drop out. The front of the socket has detached from the wall plate and appears to require repair or replacement. I need someone to: * Inspect the existing wall socket. * Secure or replace the socket/faceplate. * Repair any loose internal wiring or connections. * Ensure the cable plugs in securely without movement. * Test the connection after repair to confirm stability.
