Please see the attached picture of foil printer I have. Need help to make the software connect and print the jobs. Looking for someone who can trouble shoot it. I don't have any manual so we need to lookup online

Connecting docket printer to network We’re trying to connect a cafe docket printer to our network so that we can print dockets through our iPad application Kounta. From what I can tell, when we plug our printer into an Ethernet port, it is not on the same network as the iPad Wi-Fi and I’m struggling to connect them to the same network.

hi My scanner is not scanning from my computer to HP Photosmart 5520 printer. It used to work but not anymore. Not sure why. When selecting the scanner icon on my PC it doesn't launch the scanner software. Need someone to help with this. Can be done onsite in Armadale or via teamviewer (not sure if this will be possible to troubleshoot remotely)
