Current Situation: - VBox is accessible internally via LAN - External access via public IP is not working - Router port forwarding has been configured, but may be incorrect - Device setup was previously incomplete but has now been finalised Scope of Work: - Verify VBox configuration and ensure setup is complete - Assign a static IP and disable DHCP - Confirm the correct LAN interface connection on the router - Review and correct port forwarding: Verify WAN/public IP and rule out ISP-related issues (e.g., CG-NAT), test external access using mobile data and provide a brief summary of the fix Requirements: - Experience with routers, NAT, and port forwarding - Ability to troubleshoot network access issues on-site - Must bring own laptop/tools Goal: Enable reliable external access to the VBox via a public IP address. Location: Rockhampton site (details provided upon assignment)

Need existing network cabling relocated in single-storey brick home. Currently have 6 network cables installed but they all terminate in an inconvenient location. Want these rerouted to the home office (existing network point location) to become the main termination point. Also need 2 additional Ethernet runs installed for ceiling/roof mounted Wi-Fi access points. I already have spare wall plates and jacks available from a previous install. These tablets will also control air conditioning and the integrated Audio system proposed. •⁠ ⁠lnstall and configure sound system, speakers, amplifier, zones and inputs. - Change all default passwords and document access permissions. - Test internet, LAN, Wi-Fi, CCTV, alarm, sound system and backup power. - Provide handover documents: network diagram, IP list, Wi-Fi details, passwords, alarm/CCTV instructions and UniFi back - Audio consists of installing 4 x rack mounted amplifiers, installing 9 parts of inclining speakers plus 3 subs, media room to install new 7.1 receiver and 3 pairs of speakers. All equipment being Yamaha with quality speaker units. - Install all internet and external Waps x 10 - The Unify hardware consists of a “the full suite” ready for serious networking and home connectivity. - Note: We anticipate the labour build for this undertaking to be in the order of 5k x 2-3

Ensure staff are connected to new network connection correctly. Update HP printers to new IP address (supplied). Merakis are preconfigured by our IT team in the UK. You will need to also load Subnet Mast, Gateway and DNS1/2 when on site. If for some reason, connection does not work, will refer to UK team and request follow up support to be negotiated with person assisting with this job. I’d like to feed an ethernet cable from my nbn box to my office. I get 5x the speed through ethernet as opposed to wifi. I may want to feed it to other rooms as well depending on the cost but my home office is priority and it’s adjacent to the kitchen where the nbn box is located. I still don’t know why they wired the nbn near the kitchen but that’s for another forum. See photos of where it is located at the moment (inside the draw)

I have an NBN connection in a room in my house, I need someone with network cable experience to be able to run a cable from that NBN box to another room, you’ll need to put it up through the walls into the ceiling through the ceiling cavity down the other wall into the room.
