I have nbn and also purchased a modem aswell but can’t connect to internet

NBN is connected, but it's super slow , and I'm trying to work from home which is impossible.

Husband dropped the modem and now the whole house is falling apart because the internet isn’t working at all even after replacing the modem with another Telstra modem I purchased off a friend. It’s saying it’s running off the back up sim. Telstra are zero help and the kids are about to break into an actual protest at my detriment because they can’t watch paw patrol. We need a hero, SOS.

Internet stopped working on Wednesday. I factory reset it and it is completely dead

Identify NBN connection, data , internet issues and connect

Connect a NAS machine and an optom machine to the internet with ethernet cable - find out if there's a patching issue if it's not connected. Config the optom machine follow a guide provided - including network address config and also fill in the SMB folder (NAS) as destination.

Home Network/internet/WiFi setup - Due date: Flexible

For some reason our Square POS and cameras have stopped connecting to network. We have Optus as well as Telstra Internet at the store and all lights are on each modem. I have replaced the POS within last few weeks and signed up for Telstra internet as I thought the internet was the issue. Some times everything seems to work ok and then everything drops out and won’t connect. - Due date: Before Monday, 11 December 2023

I have a desktop computer which is 20 meters away from NBN internet modem in a separate room. I need to connect the computer with NBN internet modem. I bought internet cables from bunnings. I need someone who can run the cables over the roof and connect the computer with internet modem. My house has tiled roof. You may need to go in the man hole to run the cables from one room to another room. The computer has windows 10 operating system. NBN modem is from TPG which is 2 years old. Having issues with the TV's / projector connecting to the wifi as well as some computers. If we hot spot from our phones it works fine but for some reason devices are not connecting to the wifi and we did a speed test of the internet with the orbi and it's max speed and our phones and laptops etc work. Just for some reason TV's don't work with the wifi. We have NBN and orbi connected to it with another orbi satellite extender. However it’s the devices that are within 1-2metres of the modem that are so slow or don’t even connect.
