My Apple PC doesn’t seem to be working and is very very slow. I just upgraded my internet to NBN Fast 100Mbps/20Mbps unlimited, so it should be working. I think it could have a bug or something. I keep getting issues with loading and opening software when I’m doing tasks. It won’t even let me update the software! It’s only a 2021 model so it should be working. I realised I had a virus about 1 month ago. It wasn’t coming up on malware bytes but it was recording me and shutting down randomly + I got a password breach email from gmail. I also had some bank fraud 1-2 weeks prior to realising. I wiped and reset everything but I did a behavioural analysis and checked for a root user using the following links instructions: https://unix.stackexchange.com/questions/232491/how-to-test-if-root-user-is-enabled-in-mac When I put in the syntax, next to password it shows a key lock, which I think means there’s a root user with a private password. I realised that I had a virus in Adobe’s Core sync. I got ahold of them and they helped me delete Core Sync it from my Mac but I’m pretty sure the virus is still there because my Mac keeps making a weird sound, freezing and then I have to shut it down. I would really appreciate it if someone could please help me diagnose and fix the issue. Thank you. - Due date: Before Saturday, 25 June 2022

I have a Lenovo laptop, I believe it has gotten a virus of some sort. The laptop is unbelievably slow now I can barely open anything. When I finally get to factory resetting the laptop, it doesn’t go over 1% and just stops resetting. I have tried this many times now. It has always been kind of slow but I don’t keep anything on there and the storage is very low. So only thing that makes sense to me is a virus.
