The connection between my kitchen sink and the drain pipe underneath has come loose. It’s not leaking, but the seal around the joint has come apart a bit. Looking for someone who can help to have a look and fix it back in place. Photos attached for reference.

Water is quite slow to drain in the kitchen sink due to a suspected partial blockage. Opening the pipes directly under the sink shows no blockage, so I suspect it may be deeper down the pipes. There is also an attached food waste disposal in the sink adjacent, however it is not in use - see attached images.

Looking for someone experienced in silicone resealing to remove the old/mouldy sealant and replace it with new white mould-resistant silicone. Change the kitchen mixer to the one I have, I have the equipment for the kitchen, just need someone who knows how to do the pipe / plumbing side of it… ideally tonight!
