Our kitchen sink is blocked and water isn’t draining. I tried clearing it with baking soda/vinegar and took apart some of the pipes and cleared them, but it’s still no draining. It is a dual kitchen sink.

The new sink is slightly larger than the existing sink so would require widening of the benchtop cavity slightly (wood laminate benchtops, not stone). This is a new installation not a replacement. It's only one filter. There are isolation taps under the sink and the bech top is wooden so it should be very straight forward

The pipe below the kitchen sink is leaking. Not a lot of water but some is dripping down. On the picture you can the circled bit where the water drips from. Might just need checking the seals and tightening... Single level unit in Chadstone, so access is straightfoward.

Water exits the sink very very slowly. Blocked pipe allows 1,250 ml water in the pipe/sink before you can see the water settle up above the drain outlet at the plug level, so I am guessing it isn't that far down the drain. fyi the kitchen sink drain P trap pipe is accessible under the sink, and then immediately passes through the wall to the outside of the wall as in the middle photo.

The kitchen sink blockage needs to be fixed, and there's also a leak in the toilet that requires repair.

Water seeping through the cabinet underneath my kitchen sink. please get this fixed. It's not a lot of water at the moment but every few days I can see a puddle of water inside the cabinet. It seems to come from the bottom of the partition behind the pipes
