I want help in replacing my kitchen sink tap I got similar one from Bunnings

I’m replacing my kitchen benchtop, sink and mixer tap, and I was wondering if you could help with the plumbing work. I’ve attached a sketch to show the planned layout. The stone installer has advised that a licensed plumber will need to disconnect the existing sink and mixer before they install the new benchtop and sink. After that, I’ll need the plumber to come back to install the new mixer, reconnect the plumbing, and relocate the water filter. Could you let me know if this is something you can do and provide me with a quote for the whole job? I’m currently waiting for the new sink to be delivered, so I don’t have a confirmed installation date just yet. I’m hoping it will be sometime next week if everything arrives on time. Please let me know if you would be available around then.

Move kitchen sink to the opposite, require drain and all water hoses to be moved to the next wall. Drain will require cutting concrete and moving pipes from underneath the slab while water pipes has to be either through the roof or through the kitchen walls.

Changing washers of laundry and shower taps and aligning and tightening kitchen tap and sealing around kitchen sink, side of bath tap and bathroom sink and change old two taps in garden with new ones. I will provide the taps.

The kitchen sink is clogged tried using unclogging liquid from woolies but it is still clogged. Water not going down the drain at all. Need washroom sink also checked once.
