I want to install kitchen bench and new laundry sink

We are looking at replacing our kitchen sink and taps. Ideally we want a larger single sink but open to suggestions from a plumber who has experience in kitchen design.

I have a new kitchen sink/taps that requires installation. The new sink is slightly larger than the existing sink so would require widening of the benchtop cavity slightly (wood laminate benchtops, not stone). I would also like the undersink plumbing to be configured/upgraded to allow for a dishwasher to eventually be installed.
