Looking for someone to fix a clogged kitchen sink. The sink has a food waste disposal/grinder unit, and it’s currently blocked and not draining properly. I need my existing kitchen sink and tap disconnected before my cabinetry installation, then the new sink and tap connected afterwards. There is no relocation of the sink or existing water/waste pipes.

The existing silicone is too thin and need to be removed and reapply both around the edges on top and underneath. This is to stop and prevent water leakage.

Will suit a handyman. Looks like there is a slow drip leak in my kitchen sink. Would like someone to have a look and repair it. My guess is the tap needs to be tighened.

remove the existing kitchen sink. Modify/open the internal cupboard carcass where required to provide adequate access to the mixer retaining hardware. Supply and install a new kitchen sink mixer. Reinstall and reseal the existing sink. Reconnect all associated plumbing services. Fully commission and test the installation to ensure correct operation and that all connections are leak-free.
