I am looking for a plumber to fix my kitchen sink. The sink is leaking water, looks like the rubber under the sink has wear and tear issue.

First is to remove the existing tv wall mount and replace with the new one which I already have Second is currently the dishwasher is clogged fully along with the kitchen sink which is clogged to some extent, need to remove the clog particle so that water flows easily

Plumber Required - Replace existing Kitchen Sink Tap with new one. Make sure there are no leaks after the installation. Refer the pics for new sink tap, existing sink tap and the underneath the sink. I am supplying the NEW TAP showed in the pic Required proper invoice certificate at the end of the job.

Need someone to replace the current silver kitchen sink (see photo of kitchen attached) with a black granite one (see screenshot attached) and install entirely new kitchen benchtop with whatever is the cheapest material that still looks good. Will pay for the sink and materials separately.

We have a double kitchen sink that drains very slowly, and water is backing up into the dishwasher even when the dishwasher is not running. We have already: • Removed and checked the U-trap (not blocked) • Confirmed the blockage seems to be further down the shared drain pipe • Tried basic troubleshooting Likely needs someone with proper drain snake / plumbing tools to clear the kitchen drain line. New mixer tap installed in kitchen sink is leaking at isolation valve which has been replaced and still leaking.

Refit sink which has become loose. Remove old silicone etc and reinstall. Also to fit new mixer tap.

There’s mould discolouring the silicone near the sink. Remove old silicone carefully and replace with new white silicone in a seamless manner. The area involved measures 60 cm. Must bring silicone and all blades/scrapers needed and clean up after completion. Thanks.
