If I push the pipe upwards by hand, the leak stops temporarily, so it may be a loose or disconnected pipe joint. There is still water sitting in the sink. Kitchen sink tap has become loose and is moving around.

We have built brand new granny flats. One of the flats has a weird smell that we need someone to come in and check if the pipes need fixing. The amount I have put in is for a check and we can decide the final cost after.
