Need help to remove water valve under kitchen sink. I have tried to remove it with spanner but it's very tight. I just need it to be remove, could be 5 minutes job or longer. Need to make sure the copper pipe is not damaged in the process please. Available from 4pm onwards.

The kitchen sink keeps getting clogged when we wash the dishes the water eventually drains but takes a while. It will bubble and then slowly drain. No other sinks or toilets are blocked.

Plumber requested To Replace kitchen Tap

My kitchen sink is currently blocked :( last night i tried to unblock it with draino crystals, and it looked ok, but this morning after running a dishwasher cycle water has now come up to the sink. The dishwasher itself is clean. Bathroom and toilet are still working, so I think this is isolated to the kitchen.

Our Franky sink has dropped away from the marble bench, creating a gap between the two. It needs to be reset.

The kitchen sink is blocked and needs to be unblocked.

I have the new tap, no idea how to replace it.

Please qoute to change the kitchen sink tap with another one as it has some Crack. New tap to be supplied.

My kitchen sink has become completely blocked. Both sink drains are not draining. After trying hot water, the plumbing underneath the sink started leaking from one of the pipe joints. If I push the pipe upwards by hand, the leak stops temporarily, so it may be a loose or disconnected pipe joint. There is still water sitting in the sink. Need kitchen sink, gas cooktop and tap disconnected for kitchen demolition and complete removal. Need them all completely removed to within wall cavity. Please note that gas has been fully disconnected from the property, so there is actually no gas running to the cooktop. It just needs to be removed to any point within the wall.
