I work at a Early Childhood Centre in Beaconsfield and we are looking for someone to quote maintenance and any needed repairs to our wooden playground.

1) The hardy sheets come out from fascia ; 2)Gutter is getting rusty ,need to arrange a deep cleaning; 3)Barge need repaint and water flashing need reseal;

1. Front entrance doors Remove the existing double entrance doors and install a new double-door replacement. 2. Curtains and blinds Take down and dispose of all existing curtains and blinds. 3. Entrance flooring Supply and lay approximately 25 m² of hybrid flooring in the entrance area. 4. Plant pots and heater Remove and dispose of the plant pots inside the house and around the front entrance, together with the existing heater. 5. Kitchen oven Replace the current oven with a new unit. 6. Indoor lighting Replace outdated light fittings. Remove and dispose of the old chandeliers and install new LED downlights. The scope allows for 50 internal lights. 7. Guttering Remove and dispose of the existing gutters, then supply and install approximately 90 linear metres of replacement guttering. 8. Roof cleaning and restoration Pressure wash and clean the full roof. Repair and repoint ridge and hip pointing wherever required. 9. Outdoor lighting Replace all existing exterior light fittings. 10. Garden and grounds Maintain and tidy the outdoor garden areas, mow lawns, prune and trim trees, and remove and dispose of dead trees. 11. Facade and boundary repairs Repair damaged cement sheeting on the house facade, patch and repair brickwork on the front boundary wall, and repair the wall alongside the front entrance stairs. 12. Waste clearance Clear and dispose of unwanted items and rubbish inside the house, including approximately 10 mattresses and the window stored in the living room. Remove rubbish and unwanted materials from the outdoor areas and backyard

Kitchen sink is shaking, needs maintenance.

Need the sink to be fixed as it was shaking and might fall down.

Looking for an experienced carpenter/deck builder to remove and replace two existing timber deck pathways and repair a small deck area at the front of a cubby house at my rental property. Scope of works: * Remove and dispose of existing timber decking boards. * Supply and install new low-maintenance composite (eco/composite) decking that won’t require painting or staining and is resistant to rot. * Replace any damaged framing if required (please advise if additional work is needed after inspection). * Remove all rubbish from site.
