Replace/repair timber decking (small area) This small section (3620x555mm) of old outdoor timber decking is sagging downwards because the crossbeam below is rotting. I'm looking for someone to fix it up so that the deck no longer sags. I think the crossbeam needs replacing but the pieces of the deck itself don't need to be.

Cut out 15 rotten decking boards from outdoor raised deck area and replace - replacement boards already on site. Replacement pieces are recycled from neighbours deck and mostly already cut to length. Pics below of the two sections requiring the work - with replacement boards overlayed those requiring removal.

1. Hinges replaced on a large cabinet door flap. 2. A drawer installed from scratch in a section of the kitchen wall that might be a bit tricky because it is below the floor boards in the dining room. 3. I have a stainless steel hall table that is too high and I’m wanting to saw off about a foot from each leg to make it a coffee table. I’ve tried to saw with a hacksaw but I can’t get the lines straight/even, so I suspect someone with experience and preferably a power tool is needed. You can see on the pictures where I have placed tape to show the new height. The metal legs are 1 inch x 1 inch, unsure of thickness but it is hollow.
