I’m looking for a qualified joiner who can build and install cabinetry for a small architecturally designed studio apartment (27sqm) You must be able to work with aluminum and polyurethane. Joinery includes: - Kitchen - Bathroom - Laundry - Built in sofa. All drawings to be provided.

3m x 2m area. Pine floorboards need to be nailed and glued down. They are already cut to size and are placed loosely down in position. Some floorboard trims along the sides need to be cut and put into place.

I have 3 kitchen cabinet doors that need to be resurfaced or replaced (whatever is cheaper) and some trim reapplied. There is a laundry (pull to open) door that has come off due to water damage that needs to likely be replaced (or repaired). Theres a second laundry door that works and may need work if the broken door is replaced to match the colour. The doors have custom hardware that would need to be added to the new doors etc.

I need a handyman or carpenter to trim the bottom of three internal doors so they clear our new carpet. It's a quick job and should only need slight sanding or planing.

Require to repair an internal timber concertina door panel. The bottom right join has come apart and the glass panel is displaced. See pics.

I need my fridge wall space and cabinet widened 5cm to fit a new fridge. And possibly the microwave shelf removed, as the new fridge is 8cm taller. I need an in person assessment and quote by a qualified Cabinet Maker. Thank you

Replace/repair timber decking (small area) This small section (3620x555mm) of old outdoor timber decking is sagging downwards because the crossbeam below is rotting. I'm looking for someone to fix it up so that the deck no longer sags. I think the crossbeam needs replacing but the pieces of the deck itself don't need to be.

Looking to remove the existing cabinets, not the main structure neither benchtop, and apply new cover being it fibre cement panel cladding. Happy for you to come have a look and understand works better.

Cut out 15 rotten decking boards from outdoor raised deck area and replace - replacement boards already on site. Replacement pieces are recycled from neighbours deck and mostly already cut to length. Pics below of the two sections requiring the work - with replacement boards overlayed those requiring removal.

1. Hinges replaced on a large cabinet door flap. 2. A drawer installed from scratch in a section of the kitchen wall that might be a bit tricky because it is below the floor boards in the dining room. 3. Another drawer installed to match existing drawers (completely unrelated to number 2). I have the front plate already because it is used for an ironing board that was never utilised. I have a stainless steel hall table that is too high and I’m wanting to saw off about a foot from each leg to make it a coffee table. I’ve tried to saw with a hacksaw but I can’t get the lines straight/even, so I suspect someone with experience and preferably a power tool is needed. You can see on the pictures where I have placed tape to show the new height. The metal legs are 1 inch x 1 inch, unsure of thickness but it is hollow. I need the cuts to be even and straight. - Due date: Flexible
