Recently moved in to brand new apartment and the builders have left the caps on the washing machine caps - I’ve tried to wrench them off it’s quite a tricky space as it’s behind some pipes might need tap spanner

Need someone to supply and replace washing machine seal and remove water valve cap

Need plumber to fit washing machine water inlet pipe to tap

Mount 2 wireless cameras with 2-4 screws with a ladder. (2 mins job per camera). Also remove Yale smart lock and put in master bedroom door. Than put Brand NEW Eufy smart lock on front door (15 min installation)
