Need someone to fix recoil starter of small lawn mower. Needs reassembling. I have all the parts

I have an ILVE integrated dishwasher -Model number: IVFIX4 Issues: 1. In recent weeks the dishwasher would leave water at the bottom but would drain when starting another cycle 2. Now it is displaying an Error 4: Too Much Water in Inlet, beeping and will not start a cycle. Audibly it sounds like it is draining water. If I fill with hot water, the water will drain when attempting to start a cycle. Has a little bit of water that I have used a wet vac to vacuum out. What Have Attempted: 1. Have cleaned the dishwasher from the inside, including the filter 2. I have not disconnected any of the hoses, and have not taken the dishwasher out to inspect if there are any issues as I am unable to move it out of the kitchen island cavity See attached photos. Hi there! Requiring 2 circle holes to be cut in the side of the laundry cabinetry to fit the hot & cold water piping through for the washing machine. Also requiring shelving under the sink in the kitchen to be cut to size to fit a tankless water filter (Aquala P500) on the right hand side. Filter is already operating, simply need the shelving cut to store it under the sink. Located in Deanside 3336 and can do most days from 1pm onwards. Flexible with weekdays/weekends. Handyman to help build and install outdoor AC and solar cover. I have an outdoor ac unit and solar hot water system with exposed wires. My large dog is very curious and tend to like to chew on the cables and damage the units. Ideally looking to use metal mesh to build sort of a cage for the units but happy to explore any other options. I have attached two examples but happy to explore options.
