Would like open plan living room painted and bathroom painted with panels at the bottom part of the bathroom. Small bathroom. I’ve attached a picture of my bathroom currently alongside the look I am going for.

1 bed flat requires touch up repainting - Living room (around 5 areas including 1/2 on the ceiling) - Bedroom (around 1 area) - Hallway (around 3 areas including above the door) - Bathroom (2/3 areas on the ceiling) - Bathroom door frame requires repainting inside and outside

My hallway ceiling has a hole from a previous light fixture. This will need plastering over and painting to make it look normal compared to the rest of the ceiling. Rough wall requires sanding or skimming as wallpaper cannot stick in its current form. High ceiling so requires ladder. Quite a small job so being local helps. Paint a small 2 bedroom flat (1 single, 1 double bedroom, ,small entrance hall, small bathroom and small kitchen, lounge. Low ceiling modern flat already in white/magnolia.Woodwork like window sills and doors and skirting too.Window frames are pvc so no need to paint windows. Replace silicone if required around bath/sinks to have a nice clean finish. Must be experienced and know how to prepare walls and ceilings to a smooth finish. Bathroom mould resistant paint to be used in bathroom, Dulux all round, all white would be fine. If its a good job, there are more flats which also need repainting.
