Would like open plan living room painted and bathroom painted with panels at the bottom part of the bathroom. Small bathroom. I’ve attached a picture of my bathroom currently alongside the look I am going for.

My hallway ceiling has a hole from a previous light fixture. This will need plastering over and painting to make it look normal compared to the rest of the ceiling. Paint walls, doors, frames and stairs. Stairs has carpet in the middle which will need to be removed and put back down. Stairs to be sanded down to smooth finish. Everything to be painted white. Also can the painter advise best paint to use

Rough wall requires sanding or skimming as wallpaper cannot stick in its current form. High ceiling so requires ladder. Quite a small job so being local helps. Might require window pane painting for 2 windows as well. But let’s see how this goes. - Due date: Needs to be done on Monday, 19 December 2022

Balcony needs a thorough clean. Cobwebs on the ceiling and orange spots. The floor needs a jet wash between the wooden decking. The railing need a good wipe down - Due date: Flexible

The room is 2mx3.5m one wooden window & wooden plinth covering stair' angled ceiling (120cm x 70cm x70cm). The walls will have been sugar soaped/cleaned and aprox 20 holes will have been 1st stage filled but may need fine filling & sanding, two coated on walls but ceiling may only need one coat (it has down lighters which will need dropping down & putting back when finished. Job needs to be started Thursday 18th August & completed on Friday 19th August. Paint and filler will be supplied. Trades man needs own rollers/trays / paintbrush and additional dust sheets may be useful but not essential. - Due date: Needs to be done on Thursday, 18 August 2022
