Hang a mirror size 90x60 on my wall

This includes hanging and wire on the back of the a number to ensure aligns correctly. Circa 2 x mirrors and 3/4 paintings to be hung elsewhere around flat. Possibly request to put up some shelves also. We have no tools except hammer so need to have tools.

I need two things done: 1. Hang up a mirror. The mirror is quite heavy and the wall likely needs a hammer drill to get through (pretty sturdy). It requires 2 screws (i dont have them). 2. I need to replace my existing shelves (picture attached), and hang up three new shelves instead where the two old ones were. The new shelves are hung with Sandshult brackets from Ikea (picture attached). I do not have the right screws for them either but want it to be done right so it doesnt tilt over time. Online it stresses the importance of having the right screws so please look up exact brackets before. Again the wall is pretty sturdy.
