The works comprise: Remove existing pendant light and install new DAR Ardeche pendant (approx. 4kg) in bedroom 1. Remove existing pendant light and install new DAR Ardeche pendant (approx. 4kg) in bedroom 2. Remove existing pendant light and install new Pooky Mulberry ceiling light (approx. 4kg) in bedroom 3. Remove existing bathroom light and install a new globe ceiling light. Additional information: Existing wiring and switches are already in place. The Ardeche and Pooky fittings are relatively heavy, so secure fixing to a joist or suitable heavy-duty fixing may be required if no joist is available at the existing position. The Ardeche pendants have adjustable chains which will need shortening during installation. Parking is available.
