The cold water connection in the kitchen needs to be updated to a split connection (for a dishwasher and a washing machine) - I have the parts, but cannot manage to unscrew the current connection as it is really sealed tight. The waste water connection also needs to be updated to a split connection for the dishwasher.
Michael was excellent, did the job quickly and efficiently without any fuss, also had good communication about what time he was available which made it easy for me to plan my day. Would highly recommend.

Radiator has pulled away from the wall. Looks like the rawl plugs gave up on it. I've filled the holes behind the radiator, but it's propped up by a chair now, still connected to the pipes at the bottom. Will need draining, new screws and rawlplugs fitted, rehanging and a quick test.
