Just need to mount tv on wall it’s a swivel mount and to put a plug behind the tv

Following a lot of replastering and decoration, we need to re-hang all of our pictures and we are not very good at grouping or hanging, so we are looking for someone that can. 2 of the pictures are very large and heavy, so we had bought some Bullfix hooks and steel wire, the rest are normal framed pictures/prints or canvas.
