I need help with drilling into concrete ceiling and plaster wall to hang an L-shape curtain rod. The ceiling is concrete so you would need a special tool for it.

Cold water valve is not turning on underneath kitchen sink. A new valve is required to be installed.

I’m looking for someone to help reposition my TV wall mount. The TV was installed too high on the wall, so I need it to be taken down and reinstalled lower at the correct height. The current holes will need to be properly filled, smoothed, and repainted so the wall looks clean and finished.
