Understairs cupboard: Drill and securely install a wall-mounted coat rail/hanger. I have all three items, although the boxes are currently unopened, so I’m unsure whether screws and fixings are included. Please bring your own drill, tools and suitable screws/wall plugs in case these aren’t supplied with the items. As this is a new-build property, I’d appreciate care being taken when drilling to avoid damaging the walls or any concealed pipes/cables.
