1. Sorting out some wiring in the lounge: the previous owners left a bunch of cables and wires which we cannot remove (or figure out what they’re for) so either need to ascertain their use or remove. 2. Picture hanging: simple but due to the plasterboard walls, we are wary of hanging frames etc ourselves 3. Back door replacement (current one has a cat flap in from previous owners which is no longer needed) 4. Tv mounting in 2 rooms
