I need to install a hanging clothes dryer (victorian air dryer) to my roof which is quite high up. There are two wheel dolleys that need to be drilled into the ceiling and more specifically directly into a joist. It is too difficult for me. You will need a -12 step ladder and most of the tools. I have the pieces/ accessories of the dryer.

I would like to hang a large painting on a wall, not sure what the wall is, but don’t think it’s plaster board but also don’t think it’s plaster either. We have another heavy item hanging on the same wall, so I think it is weight bearing. The painting is pretty heavy (not exactly sure how much it weighs). The picture frame has 2 screw fixing plates on the back, but could possibly use a few more to disperse the weight.

We have a storage cupboard where the door doesn't fit, we would like someone to come and remove the door, and fit new door - we can buy new door if better but also happy for you to purchase and bill, so we know we have the right thibg. Plus, when we had the floor lifted the guy removed a few bits of skirting board so we would like this refitting too. Thanks
