I’m looking for someone who can: Reinstall the clothes rack securely using appropriate heavy-duty wall fixings/anchors. Check that the remaining fixing is also secure. Ideally repair/fill the damaged holes around the previous fixing area if required. Make sure the rack can safely support a reasonable amount of clothing.
