Hardware Installation: - Install 3x Grade 13 hinges - Consolidate Locks: Remove three existing locks from the old setup. Re-install only ONE insurance-approved ERA BS3621 5-Lever Sashlock and its matching strike plate (pictured) into the repaired frame. - Install new lever handles (57mm centers). 5. Finishing: Ensure the 44mm door sits flush in the 46mm frame rebate. Patch/fill the old lock holes in the frame so it is ready for sanding/painting. We have a Dunelm bathroom roller blind which needs to go up - it needs to be trimmed to size and the pole sawed too. (Website reviews say this is easy). But requires careful trimming/ measuring.
