Trim as needed - the floor is uneven and will need some trimming particularly on the height of the door either side. The door has 20mm solid oak lippings to accommodate this. 4. Hardware Installation: - Install 3x Grade 13 hinges - Consolidate Locks: Remove three existing locks from the old setup. Re-install only ONE insurance-approved ERA BS3621 5-Lever Sashlock and its matching strike plate (pictured) into the repaired frame. - Install new lever handles (57mm centers). 5. Finishing: Ensure the 44mm door sits flush in the 46mm frame rebate. Patch/fill the old lock holes in the frame so it is ready for sanding/painting. Materials Provided: - Solid Oak Fire Door (42kg) - 2032mm x 813mm x 44mm - 3x Grade 13 Ball Bearing Hinges - Heritage Brass Lever Handles. - Existing ERA BS3621 Sashlock & Strike Plate (pictured) Tasker Requirements: - Must provide own professional tools - Must provide timber, professional wood glue etc for the frame repair. - Experience with heavy solid-core doors Photos: Please see attached for the current frame damage and the hardware being reused.

We have a Dunelm bathroom roller blind which needs to go up - it needs to be trimmed to size and the pole sawed too. (Website reviews say this is easy). But requires careful trimming/ measuring.
