We have purchased new shades and mountings for two lights in our front hallway (pictured below) and need to have these mounted. Our living room overhead light is wired a little loosely and often needs to be flicked on and off a couple of times before it turns on (it feels like the issue is in the socket), so tightening this up so it works properly is the second task. Finally, we need to replace one of the lightbulbs in our kitchen (second photo) which requires a tallish ladder. We have a replacement bulb that should work so it just needs to be plugged in and snapped into place.
