1. Bathroom tap is stiff to turn and also swivels around. I'm assuming that a worn out rubber seal is the issue but I can't get seem to the handle off to investigate! Maybe you need to take the whole tap off but I have trouble accessing it from underneath too. 2. Kitchen tap is dripping. Worn rubber washer? Again, I can't seem to get at it. 3. Hello! I have 3 smallish things that need doing: 1) toilet lid doesn’t fit properly, needs to be re-fitted 2) seal running along bath side glass panel has come away. Need the old glue removed and new seal fitted 3) we have an integrated dishwasher which has come off it’s stand. It still works fine but just needs re-fitting in place.
