We used to have mirrors in the wall and when removing them the paint came out making some holes. We tried to fix it putting filler and tried to paint it on top but since we are not professionals it didn’t work. My flat has been rented for the last four years. There are scuff marks and dirt marks on the walls, doors and skirting boards throughout the flat that need cleaning off. Hi there, I have a double height ceiling in a warehouse conversion. Previous owners have painted over the tiles with a few layers of paint. I have purchased some Peel-a-way remover and tested it a few times to check it works. I have bought a large vat of it and want to get someone to take the paint off for me for the entire wall. You need to leave peel-a-way for 24hrs so it will be a 2 day job. Also will need someone to bring a ladder or scaffolding to get up to the top of the wall.

Require removal of water damaged skirting board, and replacement. Needs to be completed before Mon 28th April (ie. works to be done Sat and Sun). We need our 2 bedroom 2 bathroom flat repainted white this includes skirting boards, door frames, doors and ceilings. One wall in the living room needs wallpaper stripped and white wallpaper put up as the wall is not good enough to be painted. There is also a skirting board in the living room which needs sanding and painted. There are a couple of small cracks in walls which will need polly filler but aside from this it is a straightforward job of prepping the walls, doors, skirting boards ready and then painting everything white. Just to add one of the bathrooms walls is fully tiled so it is only the door and ceiling which needs painting here. The other bathroom has tiling on the majority of the walls. We will supply the white wallpaper and paint. I have included a picture of the skirting board which had started to rot and needs sanding and painting and also the wall which needs white wallpaper. We have a young family so ideally need this task completed over a long weekend so it doesn't cause too much disruption and we can air the place to minimise fumes. The property size is 86 sq metres.
