Hello, we’re looking for an painter/decorator to carry out targeted plastering and painting work in our kitchen (approx. 10 sq meters). Paint will be supplied, and we can also provide filler for the wall chases/holes. Scope of Work: - Plastering: • Only selected wall areas need attention — mainly filling in chases and holes left from recent electrical work • No need to plaster or paint areas behind kitchen cabinets, but these sections should be cleaned/prepped as needed - Painting: • 1 coat of emulsion on walls and ceiling • Satin finish on skirting boards Room Details: • Approx. 10 square meters • The kitchen will be completely empty (no units or appliances) Additional Notes: • Photos showing the wall damage are attached for reference • We can supply filler for the repairs if preferred

Please confirm your tools availability. 2.) 5x Door handles to go on to 5x internal doors. 2 x handles for hallway storage cupboards. 3.)Fix paint from 1 x external door, paint is covering the door’s keyhole, needs to be removed using a paint removal solution. 4.) Remove paint from cupboard door’s crevices to release cupboard doors to open. 5.) Add fire door strips to all 5 x doors

Skirting has already been removed. New skirting is provided Room size 4.m x 3.5m Will be left as wood finish so mitre need to be perfect with no filling in.

I have a room that needs to have wallpaper removed. The room is approx 3.5m x 4m. Some of the wallpaper has already been removed. I need the walls and ceiling also removed, so that the room is prepared for plastering. There are several layers of wallpaper, it can be removed but it does take some effort. I have several bits of equipment that can be used if needed: - Steamer - Ladder - Wallpaper stripper - Wallpaper scorer

Hello (reposting this task as I now have a starting date), we recently replaced our carpet with wooden flooring and we had to replace the skirt-boards too. The house (hallways + stairs + landing + living room + bedroom + office and their ceilings) now needs to be repainted (and some areas of the walls need fixing the missing plaster/ drywall). The walls won’t need a primer but just 2 coats of paint. The furniture needs to be moved (in the center of the rooms or from one room to another). The skirting boards + stairs/handrails and some of the doors (3-4) needs to be painted too. The rooms are this size: - hallways + stairs + landing: 16 sq mt - living room: 21 sq mt - bedroom: 11 sq mt - office: 7 sq mt Thank you

I would like my room to be painted from cream to white. The room is a small room and would need tools to be supplied.

Large hallway that runs up the staircase entrance to flat needs a complete re-paint to get flat ready to sell. Includes ceiling, skirting boards, banister, and one side of 2 internal doors (all same paint). The whole area is currently painted that same colour so it’s a refresh rather than new paint job. The wall has some minor small cracks in places, nails where things once hung and marks from old bike hangers which were on the wall. So a sanding job, removal of nails, is needed first to prepare the surface. Around the inside of the front door to flat a sanding is needed as lots of bumps and chips in old paint work. All shown in photos. Approx 60 metres squared of paintwork required. We have the tins of paint, but brushes, rollers, and other tools, plus dust sheets you will need to provide.

1 bedroom flat to be painted. The house is empty. I want the whole house to be painted white. The living room has 2 quotes of white and needs a bit more for the white to show. The corridor walls also white. Bedroom and kitchen are grey so need to be painted white. Bathroom is grey and I want to keep it grey. There’s potential for more work (e.g. flooring)
