Large hallway that runs up the staircase entrance to flat needs a complete re-paint to get flat ready to sell. Includes ceiling, skirting boards, banister, and one side of 2 internal doors (all same paint). The whole area is currently painted that same colour so it’s a refresh rather than new paint job. The wall has some minor small cracks in places, nails where things once hung and marks from old bike hangers which were on the wall. So a sanding job, removal of nails, is needed first to prepare the surface. Around the inside of the front door to flat a sanding is needed as lots of bumps and chips in old paint work. All shown in photos. Approx 60 metres squared of paintwork required. We have the tins of paint, but brushes, rollers, and other tools, plus dust sheets you will need to provide.

I’m looking for a painter to paint my 1 double room and someone who can put the central skirting on the wall

I have a room that needs to have wallpaper removed. The room is approx 3.5m x 4m. Some of the wallpaper has already been removed. I need the walls and ceiling also removed, so that the room is prepared for plastering. There are several layers of wallpaper, it can be removed but it does take some effort. Am moving so the house need to be painted. Many of the walls probably just needs to to be touched up. There are 3 bedrooms (one with exposed brick so not much to paint), a loft, kitchen (also with exposed brick so not loads there either) and same in living room. I had someone arranged who pulled out last minute. I have the paint, but not any material.
