We had a new kitchen fitted but the cabinets have a different shape to the old ones, so a part of the ceiling needs re-painting. We just renovated one bed flat but are unhappy with the skimming and painting especially in the kitchen and hallway. Also, the skirting boards aren't sit on the floor and a brown silicone was used under it which looks really bad. Also, the door and door frames will be painted again.
