Find an experienced local painter in Blackheath

We are looking for experienced painter/decorator to help us to paint the interior of our new house (Hallway, 3 xbedrooms, lounge), one colour throughout (walls + Woodwork), and excluding the bathroom and kitchen. Potentially there will also be one room to wall paper but this is not confirmed.

I have a small room with walls that have cracks, dents, and peeling paint as shown. I’d like the walls to be repaired, smoothed(skimmed), ready for painting. Additionally, one side of the wall was been damp proofed, plastered, mist coated and painted but as seen, skirting board needs to be installed along that side of the room. Will cover material cost separately (i.e. paint/ primer/ skirting board) The room dimensions are approximately 312 cm (W) x 244 cm (D) x 230 cm (H). Send offers !

I just removed the old carpet from my bedroom floor and I'm looking for someone who could sand the wood boards for me, preferably using their own floor sander. The surface of the room is approximatively 18sqm. I attempted to do it all with my hand sander (no comment) but I'm two days in and giving up! Photos show the areas of the room that are still untouched, though the whole room would need to be done. Seeing as the content of my bedroom is currently sitting around the rest of the flat, I would need this done ASAP! Please reach out should you have any questions.
